BEEP is a positive life changing experience for young people struggling to step on to the work ladder, with ongoing support from trained mentors as the young people transition to work. The programme includes a comprehensive two week course focusing on building each young person's confidence, self-esteem and motivation, along with developing their skills and their own action plan, helping them to find and secure new opportunities in life. BEEP has changed the life chances of 93% of participants for the better. Our target is to raise £7,500 over the course of the next 12 months to fully fund a programme for 12 young people.
