F4S is a multi-award-winning UK-based ed-tech charity dedicated to transforming the future of education by bridging the gap between the classroom and the world of work. We empower educators and inspire students by providing access to a dynamic network of diverse, real-world industry professionals.

Our mission is to ensure every young person—regardless of their background—has the knowledge, inspiration, and confidence to explore a wide range of careers and make informed choices about their future. We do this by facilitating meaningful, curriculum-aligned encounters between schools and professionals from all sectors, helping students to better understand the skills, pathways, and possibilities that await them beyond the school gates.

Through our innovative digital platform, teachers can easily connect with a broad and inclusive pool of role models who volunteer their time to share insights into their careers, break down stereotypes, and offer guidance tailored to students’ age and stage. These interactions support Gatsby Benchmark 5 (encounters with employers and employees) and enhance personal development and careers education.

With a strong focus on equity and representation, F4S works closely with schools in underserved communities to raise aspirations and ensure that no student is left behind in a fast-changing world of work.
