I am going to be 50 + VAT on the 3rd of December, and to celebrate (and to prove my children wrong) I am running my first marathon, The Yorkshire Marathon on 20th October, before I turn 60. I am raising money for Supporting Older People, a fabulous charity I am a trustee for. Supporting Older People, (SOP), is a charity which helps to alleviate loneliness and isolation often experienced by older people living on their own in Harrogate and Knaresborough. 🏃🏻🏃🏻🏃🏻🏃🏻You can follow my running progress on Strava through this link here - https://strava.app.link/jh0FcEF9cMb and also social media, which are linked to this Givey page.
