About

I'm running the Royal Parks Half Marathon for the All Star Tennis Trust!

On Sunday 11 October, I'll be running 13.1 miles through London's most beautiful royal parks to raise money for a small charity that makes a big difference: the All Star Youth Tennis Scholarship Trust.

Why this charity?

The All Star Tennis Trust is a local, volunteer-run charity based in Wandsworth that believes tennis can change lives. It supports talented young players whose families simply can't afford the coaching and competition costs the sport demands. The Trust funds weekly high-performance coaching, helps cover expenses for national and international tournaments, and runs a schools outreach programme that introduces tennis to local children who might otherwise never pick up a racket.

What I love most about this charity is that it's run entirely by volunteers with no running costs: every single pound donated goes directly to the children it supports.

Growing up as an athlete, I've experienced first-hand how much sport can improve a young person's confidence, attitude and determination to never give up. As a poor but willing tennis player myself, I'm proud to be one of the runners taking on this challenge for the Trust!

My goal

I'm aiming to raise at least £1,000. Whether you can give £5 or £50, every donation goes straight to a young player in Wandsworth!

Thank you so much for your support — it means the world, and I'll be thinking of every donor as I drag myself up that final mile to the Royal Albert Hall!
