Historia

Heart for Romania works to relieve poverty and provide support to Roma gypsy communities in the Harghita region of Romania. Our current activities include helping children from deprived villages to access education, making repairs to homes and the building of new homes, and running a Safe House for young adults. We also work with partner organisation Liquid Connection to take teams of people from Leatherhead to run activity camps for Romanian children and complete building projects.
