On 19th April 2026, Dylan and I are doing another charity walk in memory of David Burgess. As you all know, in April it will be 8 years ago that I lost my late husband David Burgess. He left behind my wonderful son Dylan now 10, and my 2 beautiful stepdaughters Jenny and Sammy (now in their 20s). This year, like last year, Dylan and I have decided to take part in the sponsored memorial walk for Living On Bereavement (as well as a memorial walk for st christophers in May). Living On is a child bereavement charity who have supported Dylan and I immensely. They offer children 1-2-1 sessions in schools, have monthly creative sessions, drama therapy groups and Easter and Christmas events. They have not only provided support to Dylan, but to me as a solo parent navigating through our loss. Please consider donating if you can afford to, it would mean so much to Dylan and I.
