The Spirit of Africa are a UK based charity, which fund raise for a Foster care home and Pre-school in South Africa in the Kwa Zulu Natal region. Their project is called Ithembalihle, we are their sole source of income, providing education, food, health care, clothing and most importantly a safe, loving environment to call home. https://spiritofafrica.org.uk/ I know of this charity through my friend whose mother commits herself to the wellbeing of these children who are orphaned. She not only raises money year after year but also builds and maintains the property they live in as well as schooling. I've begun my running training -6am starts in earnest.
