The Kent Walking Bus Project improves the road safety skills, health and wellbeing of primary school children through the creation of Walking Buses and organised walks to school. The charity tackles environmental issues by providing parents with a positive alternative to the twice-daily School Run that adds to traffic congestion in the streets around schools.
