I was delighted to complete the Hereford Half Marathon on a very blustery day on 11 May in an official time of 1:53:29. I was running in aid of Herefordshire's only hospice, St Michael's, as they try to raise 4m for a major new in-patient unit. My Dad spent the last few days of his life in 2012 in a hospice so I'm aware of just how special these places are. Very many thanks to all who have made generous donations both offline and via this page. It's not too late to make a contribution if you have not had a chance to do so yet! Thank you.
