Lung Ha Theatre Company is the leading theatre company for people with
a learning disability in Scotland, and with a growing reputation internationally.
The Castle Lennox project is an exciting new collaboration between Lung Ha Theatre Company, Royal Lyceum Theatre Edinburgh and playwright Linda McLean exploring the impact and legacy of Lennox Castle, the infamous Greater Glasgow psychiatric hospital. This collaboration seeks to bring this story to the widest possible audience and support the development of new voices and stories on the Scottish stage. Lung Ha Theatre Company will perform for the first time on the main stage at the Lyceum – an exciting, new opportunity for our company members.
Although we are kindly supported by Creative Scotland, the City of Edinburgh Council and a range of Trusts and Foundations, we still need to generate additional funding annually to sustain the scope of our artistic programme and support the company members throughout the rehearsal and performance process.
All donations will go towards supporting the Lung Ha Theatre Company actors to participate in this exciting collaborative work.
