About
For those who know me well, you'll know that my dancing skills are somewhat close, if not worse than Dad Dancing! I have volunteered (persuaded under a lot of resistance!) to compete in Barclays Goes Dancing (BGD). The persuasion was easier knowing the fact that I am raising money for the Northamptonshire Domestic Abuse Service (NDAS). NDAS started in1976. Originally staffed by volunteers the organisation has changed a lot since then but has always been dedicated to helping and supporting the victims of domestic abuse. they support both men and women. They have helped and continue to support victims and survivors from all genders and walks of life, covering all ethnicities, socio-economic statuses, sexual orientation and religions. Our new name reflects this, and the work we do in Northamptonshire as a whole county. Thank you for visiting our Givey page. When you make your donation through Givey, the Charity receives 100% of the donation. Your details are safe with Givey and donating is completely secure. Whatsmore, they never share your email address with any third parties except the Charity you donate to. I would be very grateful if you could help me raise money for this great charity and in return I will show you the pictures/videos of my progress on Facebook of my 2 left feet becoming 1 right and 1 left (hopefully)!! Or you could watch in person on the day at The Deco Theatre on the night of Friday 6th March 2020. To say I'm very anxious is an understatement!! But to think of all those abused people out there, what have I got to worry about.
