We deliver transformative inclusive dance classes in the South East and expert training, mentoring, and consultancy worldwide, leading the way in inclusive practice. We believe everyone should have access to dance. Movement brings people together, builds confidence, and supports mental and physical wellbeing. Parable leads with dance, but our impact goes further, creating spaces where disabled people are valued, capable, and inspired. Community: Our community projects offer high-quality dance opportunities for people of all ages with special educational needs and disabilities, helping participants to be creative, stay physically active, and build meaningful social connections. We run weekly classes across Sussex, holiday clubs, and alternative (school) provision in Brighton. We also deliver workshops and bespoke dance projects in schools and adult services across the South East, ensuring dance is accessible, engaging, and tailored to each community we work with. Professional development: Our professional development programmes empower individuals and organisations to strengthen their inclusive dance practice, develop new skills, and build lasting professional networks. We partner with universities, dance companies, schools, and organisations to embed inclusive practice across their work. Our support is tailored to your needs, delivered through CPD workshops, mentoring, and consultancy that equips your team to lead confidently in inclusive dance. Individuals can also join our mentoring programmes and professional networks, connecting with peers and experienced practitioners to grow their skills and confidence in inclusive dance practice.
