Did you know that within Staffordshire, mental illness will affect 1 person in 4 at some point in their life!
The South Staffordshire Network for Mental Health is a local charity supporting local people with experience of mental illness to have the knowledge, skills and confidence to play an active role in mental health and community services.
We invite people to contribute our successful charity with a small donation:
£5 will contribute to the printing and postage costs of our Network News newsletter, which provides up to date information and promotes local mental health services.
£10 will fund a person with mental illness, to empower and really engage in improving and celebrating local mental health services.
£20 will fund a volunteer-led workshop for up to 20 people, which promotes uplifting and helpful ways of improving emotional wellbeing.
£25 will fund training for a person with mental illness, to become a community champion, gaining skills employers want, and confidence to make their community to better place to live in.
£100 will fund an awards event to show our appreciation and recognition of our dedicated volunteers who contribute up to £25,000 worth of work, for free, for the charity each year.
