As a Trust we aspire to lead in diabetes care. The proposed service will look to provide a specialist centre housing treatment, education and research facilities, and be linked via technology to specialist GP clinics and community hospital throughout North Surrey and Outer London. This resource will provide immediate care and ongoing education, leading to true patient empowerment.
