Our Foodbank Relies on Your Goodwill and Support. The Whitehawk Foodbank in Brighton was set up in 2017 and is a really important part of our community. We encourage donations each week as part of our own shopping list but especially during Christmas and the festive period. Over 90% of the food distributed by foodbanks is donated by the public – that’s why your food donations are absolutely vital to our ability to give everyone referred to us a balanced and nutritious three day supply of food. The poster shows which items are particularly needed NOW. During the first 10 days of December, please do everything you can to help by bringing in food and donating. Thank you.
