Acquired Brain Injury
About
Help Us Give 8 Children in Tees Valley the Future They Deserve Eight children in Tees Valley are waiting for specialist support after an acquired brain injury. Right now, we do not have the funds to help them. Brain injury in childhood can affect memory, learning, behaviour, speech, emotional regulation and confidence. The effects are often invisible but can shape a child’s entire future. Without early specialist intervention, children risk falling behind at school, struggling with mental health, and losing independence later in life. Matrix Neurological Recovery provides expert, community based support for children and young people living with acquired brain injuries. Demand is rising and more families are reaching out than our current charitable funds can cover. We refuse to turn them away. We need to raise £25,000 to fund tailored intervention for eight children. £3,125 per child provides specialist sessions, rehabilitation planning, educational reintegration, family and school support. • £25 contributes to recovery resources • £100 supports structured intervention • £500 funds essential programme delivery • £3,125 fully funds one child’s pathway When we reach: • £3,125 one child receives support • £12,500 four children start to rebuild their lives • £25,000 eight children are given a stronger future This is about more than funding, it is about telling families, “you are not alone”. Help us say yes to every child Please donate today. Share this campaign. Stand with these children. matrixneurological.org
