Trans Pride Brighton has been running since 2013 and providing a great day where trans people, friends, allies and family can meet and have an amazing time in a fun and safe space. 2018 will be our sixth year and we really want to be bigger and better than ever before!
Trans Pride is a big event, with a big outlay of costs and very little grant funding. In order to make Trans Pride an enjoyable event for all we need your help! Please donate anything you can, no matter how small, and help us out.
This year, Trans Pride will be held from Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd July 2018. We will provide a series of events including a film night, the main pride event on Saturday including a march, park event and dance party, followed by a Sunday picnic on the beach or in a fantastic safe bar.
As a grassroots, non-commercial community event run entirely by unpaid volunteers, we depend on donations, grants and community contributions to secure the infrastructure we need for Trans Pride to happen each year.
Please spread the word, and donate if you can, to support us in our mission to make Trans Pride Brighton 2018 the event our community deserves.
Trans Pride Brighton & Hove is a registered charity in England & Wales (number 1162738).
Our mission is to promote equality and diversity, advance education and eliminate discrimination against trans, intersex, non-binary, gender-variant and gender-queer people for the public benefit by raising awareness of the issues affecting this community (in particular by organising and staging an annual Trans Pride festival).
