Ty Hafan, The Childrens Hospice in Wales provides respite, palliative and end of life care for children who suffer from conditions which mean that they will not reach adulthood and includes family support and bereavement counselling. This service is completely free to all the families that use Ty Hafan and currently costs around 2.5 million pounds a year. Please help us to make a difference for these children and their families
