Story

We are a registered charity based in Bolton led by Moira Frew and Esther Peggs and supported by 2 other trustees - Susan Pilkington and Janice Nuttall. We Work both locally and abroad with the aim of ‘simply changing lives.’ Enabling people to broaden their horizons, realise their potential and develop new skills as they make a difference in their own lives and in the lives of those less fortunate than themselves. We run a 2 week mission trip to the Khaya Centre in South Africa each year where we facilitate projects that enable participants to practically engage in helping those in poverty and need. Projects range from building projects, holiday clubs, community projects and social action projects. Each year the project is shaped around the needs of the Khaya Centre and we seek to meet their needs as best as we can as well as utilising the skills and talents of those participating in the trip.
