Kura Involve is a community resource and representative for everyone across our business and being employee led promotes socialising, fundraising and internal events. Our committee is not just about raising money for charity it’s about engaging our people and teams, providing a morale boost in the form of a chocolate egg, valentines treat for example or a simple coffee morning social event. There are opportunities to volunteer for our chosen charities external events and get an insight into where our money raised goes and how each charity operates. All of our events are a great team booster and provide the opportunity to get to know other people in the business who you wouldn’t necessarily cross paths with.
