Capa First Response is an online platform for families impacted by child to parent aggression and/or harm and the professionals supporting them. They do brilliant, much needed work addressing an issue which is often misunderstood, overlooked and leaves families in crisis. I volunteer as a non-executive director for this Community Interest Company (CIC). I am nearing my 100th parkrun and to celebrate this milestone I am asking for donations to Capa to help them carry on doing the great work they do. I am aiming to run my 100th parkrun in December 2025.
