Update! The race was postponed due to bad weather!!! Alex is doing his first mini mile on the 23rd of February for the wonderful parent led mASCot. This is an incredible local charity that supports families with autistic children in so many ways. Alex goes to MASCots Saturday club called cadets that has helped to develop his social and communication skills and his confidence has sky rocketed because of it, George is starting their club for siblings of autistic children and mASCot have been there for us too. Without their parents group I don’t know what we’d have done in the difficult times. Alex has said he wants to raise money for his wonderful club and he’s very bravely going to brave the noise and crowds and anxiety of coming last to do just that and we’re so proud of him.
