Thank you for visiting our Givey page. John and myself started Heart for Chorley to stand against the industrialisation of homelessness. Squeezing 4, 5 or 6 adults into small houses is disrespectful and not effective for recovery. We have one and two bedroomed flats which offer more individual space, but don't make money and take more time to run and maintain. But we want to do right for the amazing people that need us for a season. One of the boilers blew last weekend and flooded the flat below. All of the boilers were installed at the same time and are 13 years old. We have inspected the other boilers and can see evidence of the same pending failure. We need to replace them all quickly and need your help to do so. These boilers are also expensive to run as they stay hot constantly. We will replace them with A rated, more efficient systems.
