Fairoak Housing Association is a specialist supported housing provider dedicated to providing high quality, safe and bespoke homes for adults with a learning disability and autistic people.

More than just bricks and mortar, we are committed to ensuring that our tenants receive the support necessary to live as independent and fulfilling lives as possible.

In addition to housing support, we have established Friends of Fairoak, a programme specifically designed to offer our tenants social events and activities that promote inclusion, confidence, and well-being. These activities help reduce feelings of loneliness and encourage the development of friendships. Many of our tenants have experienced cuts to their support budgets, limiting their opportunities to engage in social activities. Through Friends of Fairoak, we aim to bridge this gap by providing accessible and enjoyable events that foster a sense of community and belonging.
