Waste2Taste is an Oxford-based Community Interest Company committed to takle food waste and climate change by making use of high-quality food surplus ingredients to prepare delicious and healthy meals. In 2024 we rescued 5,7 Tons of good food from ending in landfill, through our our work at our community cafe and catering service, and saving 384.5 KgCo2e* in generated carbon emissions by delivering our orders exclusively by bike or electric van using Velocity Cycle Courier. We are proud to be a partner in the OX4 Food Crew; An alliance of nine grassroots organisations working towards a shared aim: That everyone in OX4 has enough food , is well nourished and can thrive. Our Free Meals, which we have been offering since April 2020, are a lifeline for many people who live in isolation and experience financial insecurity.
